Diana Opoti’s Young Designers Kenya was initiated to bridge the gap between young designers and the older generation. The project was purposed to bring to the fore fresh faces in the design industry. In order for them to gain an understanding of “fashion business”. This done through a series of workshops across finance, intellectual property, communication and more.
Introducing the first 5 finalists of DianaOpoti’s YoungDesignersKenya funded by the Royal Danish Embassy in Kenya.Designers were shortlisted from 200 to 5 by a jury of industry professionals following a public call.
